As the successful candidate, you will have experience of working in a butchery environment and will be confident with the preparation of fresh meat, including filleting, boning and rolling. You will help to ensure our meat and poultry products are clearly identified, labelled and date rotated in order to sell them at optimum quality, giving high standards of counter presentations at all times.
Key to this role is an understanding of your responsibilities under H.A.C.C.P, as well as following relevant Company Health & Safety and Food Hygiene policies and procedures.
