Are you looking for an exciting and challenging career with one of the UK’s largest pork processing companies? We currently have vacancies for enthusiastic, skilled and semi-skilled Butchers at our site in Cookstown. Full and extensive training will be provided.

You will need good knife skills, great attention to detail and be able to work to specification to produce a high-quality product. In return, we offer progression, development and job security alongside competitive pay rates with further opportunities to earn a pace-line, production bonus.

Your tasks will range from machinery and saw operations to knife-related operations including hocking and evisceration.
