We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven person to join our Ruskington team. The role is defined as a Commercial Executive but working in the food industry means you will have exposure and involvement to a huge scope across Commercial, Category, Finance, Supply, NPD, Projects and much, much more. The knock-on effect of this involvement means the output of this role could be the difference between winning or losing business. You will quickly become an integral part of a site team within a larger food business

For the right person this truly is a doorway into an amazing food world. The Commercial Executive role has bags of variety, loads of challenge but a core competency is strong system skills (excel) and huge desire to learn, evolve and become a food hero.

The main responsibilities will be:

Manage day to day tasks and administration with regards to promotional and core business, to ensure the systems and process are maintained:

Assisting the Commercial Managers in the promotional planning process within specified margin and budget parameters.
Ensure pricing is correct on SAP and Customer system
New Line Product Forms
Forecasting
Setting up SAP codes
Running reports daily and weekly

Assisting the NPD team with critical path management and samples
Update documents and pricing in line with customer requirements
Assist with planning and delivery of customer and site visits and events (will include travel)
Generate presentations when necessary for customer or site meetings
Apply problem solving techniques to resolve problems and recommend improvements
Ensure that all processes are carried out correctly to standard, first time

To be a real success in this role you will need:

Computer skills – Excel & Powerpoint are essential
