Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-The Commercial function offers a unique opportunity to understand and influence the relationship that ABP has with its customer base.

-It provides a dynamic and challenging environment when no one day is the same.

-It offers the successful candidate the chance to develop knowledge of, and relationships with the wider business.

-Year 1 to include 8 week rotations in our 3 key operational processes in order to develop knowledge and relationships with the wider business.

-The Commercial role involves financial planning/reporting, customer and category management, and the development and delivery of communication and marketing strategies.

-Post the operational rotations, you will be fully integrated into the Commercial team in order to gain hands on experience, to maximise the learning opportunity and to be able to make a difference.

-Key interfaces and relationships will include:Marketing, NPD, Site Operations, Agriculture and Technical.


Knowledge and Experience:
We`re looking for graduates that have studied a Business/Management or related degree.

-Ideally you will have studied a business/management or similar degree/qualification
-You will be enthusiastic and motivated by learning
-You will be numerate, confident with numbers and able to assimilate complex information

-You will have strong IT skills, particularly Excel
-You will have attention to detail and take pride in high standard of work
-You will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team
-You will be resilient and able to work with pace and to use your initiative
-Full UK driving license
