Main Responsibilities:

  • To support the Senior Account Manager in day-to-day management of all Kepak business in defined accounts
  • Liaising day-to-day with the customer on any issues, enquiries, and admin requirements
  • Lead projects to improve customer experience
  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports by accurate management of a variety of data sources. Net sales and gross margin by product and account, supply chain measures (OTIF)
  • Communicate these measures back into the business to improve account awareness and service
  • Liaise with marketing team to monitor and report customer and competitor activity and report monthly
  • On direction from Senior Account Manager, manage and develop a customer account and relationship
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business to support the delivery of account objectives
  • Management of all Customer requirements specifically – Commercial Price Files, Promotion Forms, New Line Forms, Samples, Merchandising, Supply Chain
  • Build Base knowledge of account management principles eg, Budgets, Planning process, Sales and Promotional forecasting

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday

08:30 – 17:00

Pay:

£28000, plus Bonus

Requirements

  • Committed to self-development.
  • Education (e.g., Higher Apprenticeship, Degree, Diploma), preferred but not essential
  • Ability to understand and apply solutions to complex problems
  • At least 2 years commercial experience in a relevant background, preferred but not essential
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Very good computer skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Uses initiative and is self-motivating
  • Has excellent product/process awareness
  • Ability to create positive relationships
  • Understands the overarching strategy of Kepak and customers
  • Excellent operational awareness
