The role

Reporting directly to the Head of Technical you will be working towards implementing a quality strategy to ensure high levels of quality control are achieved as the site prepares for BRC accreditation. The key focus of this role is to ensure excellence in food quality standards are seen throughout the factory and the person becomes a champion of Tofu & what good looks like. This is a handmade branded food business and so consistent and high quality standards are a must. This is an entrepreneurial values based business and as such you will have the freedom to make change happen.

An individual who is passionate about food with proven quality standards experience gained within a chilled food environment you will be a person who can lead the way with a quality agenda.
