This is a temporary nightshift for line training only. Successful candidates will then transfer to our dayshift boning hall department, on a permanent contract.
Shift Pattern – Monday – Friday. 5 pm – 1.30 am.
To ensure that work is completed to production deadlines and in accordance with food safety regulations in force and relevant at the time.
Responsible for boning, trimming or packing the meat in line with customer/company specifications which are received to order.
Responsible for maximising the yield of the product and minimising waste to ensure production is as efficient as possible.
Follow the sites Health, Safety and Training Procedures at all times.
A high standard of personal cleanliness.
Good Communication skills.
Knife skills and experience are advantageous.
Food Safety and Health and Safety L2 advantageous but not essential.
