Job Title:Yields Admin
Reporting to: CPM Production Manager
Location: Kepak St Merryn, Merthyr
Job Purpose: To manage all yield information, manipulate and create daily and weekly reports.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain and update codes, prices and reports as necessary
- Maintain accurate and accessible data, records, trends and achievements against KPI’s
- Manipulate data and create daily and weekly reports on retail performance
- Have good knowledge of the retail process
- Any other duties as instructed by management and within the competency of the post holder
Skills/ Experience
- Meticulous attention to detail essential
- Fluent English, ability to communicate well in written and oral form with multi-nationals on all levels essential
- Consistent approach and strong work ethic
- Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Adaptable to change and production demands
- Problem solving skills, lateral thinker
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office packages, especially advanced Excel knowledge
- Passion for food
- Previous experience of site stock systems an advantage
- Minimum 1 year’s clerical/admin experience
