SHANGHAI, Feb 21 (Reuters) – China said it would ban imports of poultry and poultry products from Slovenia, Hungary, Germany and Ukraine due to bird flu outbreaks, according to a customs statement.

China has reported bird flu cases in its Sichuan, Hunan and Xinjiang provinces in the past month, while Germany, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic have confirmed cases recently.
