SCOTLAND AREA – Stoddart’s are a leading, independent Scottish beef processing company who deliver best quality Scottish beef to our loyal customer base.
We are seeking skilled Butchers to join our Trimmer and Liberator teams based in Broxburn. In this role you will report to our Production Manager and work on a production line to trim and debone primes of beef.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 6am, 37.5hrs per week. This position is permanent and fully onsite.
Hourly rate is depending on experience with increases available on achievement of completion of skills training up to and including £14.61 per hour
Experience and Skills we are seeking:
- Previous butchery or fish filleting experience is essential
- Experience of working on a production line
- Experience of carni liberator is advantageous
- Working at pace with good attention to detail
