Meat Picker Dayshift | Coventry

Aubrey Allen Butchers are looking for Meat Pickers to join our growing team at our main production unit in COVENTRY.

Full time permanent positions with immediate starts available – working for a local, family run business. Salary of £24,400 plus genuine productivity and attendance bonus with the potential to take the annual salary over £26k per year.

Working Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5pm with two half hour breaks. Breakfast provided on first break.

Work involves picking meat and poultry orders reading information from a hand held device. Some basic knife work on products, and packing and boxing up items. Some lifting is required at times. This is a busy and sometimes demanding role working within a refrigerated environment – however the hard work is rewarded with good pay, staff perks and having real long term job security.

Our production unit is a busy environment, with lots happening across the departments. The unit is refrigerated and there is raw meat and poultry in the working area.

Profit share bonus paid after three years continuous service.
