Duties:
– Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
– Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality products
– Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quality and freshness
– Assist customers with selecting and purchasing meat products
– Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering cooking suggestions
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a butcher or in a similar role preferred
– Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses
– Strong understanding of food safety regulations
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sharp objects safely
– Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members

– Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
