The candidate will be responsible to support the company by providing the best service to develop the business and increase the sales for this growing company.

Duties will include:
· cuts, trims, and prepares meat for sale to customers
· Receives and fulfils custom orders, packages and displays meat
· Packages and displays meat
· labels meat to indicate cut, grade, preparation date, best-by date
· Maintains the sharpness, cleanliness and sterilization of knives and tools
· Closely follows all safety and sanitation procedures
· Answers questions regarding types, cuts, suggested preparation of meats
· Building internal relationship and develop the positive attitude to the sales stuff to increase sales
The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria:
· Educated to at least A-level or equivalent.
· Interested to learn and take the responsibility.
· Have the ability to influence those who have the direct control of positive results outside.
· Self-motivated; able to manage workload without supervision.
· Flexible; willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks.
· An engaging personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
· Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
· Able to remain calm and polite under pressure.
