We are an Italian, family run business established since 1966 in the heart of London.
We are looking for a full time Butcher (or trimmer) to join our team in our sausage production site close to Kings Cross, Caledonian road (N7 area) with Free parking on site.
Job summary:
– Right to work in the UK
– Knowledge of trimming and cutting Pork shoulders
– Practical, with accurate attention to detail
– Good hygiene awareness
– Able to follow health and safety rules
– Able to work in a team
– 46 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
– Shift start 6am
– £32K -£38k + ( the salary can be discussed at the interview and will be decided alongside experience )
– Holidays 22 days & 8 days bank holiday (30 days in total)
