Role overview

You will lead the design, planning and delivery of training programmes for production operatives within the retail operation. The role focuses on ensuring employees work safely, efficiently and to Kepak and customer standards. You will guide line trainers, assess training needs and ensure skills matrices accurately reflect role requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training needs analysis across retail production teams

• Design, develop and deliver effective training programmes

• Manage and support line trainers within your area

• Maintain accurate training matrices and competency records

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and legal requirements

• Support continuous improvement through skills development

• Manage training resources, budgets and reporting

• Support certification, audits and quality standards

What you’ll bring

You have proven experience delivering training within a retail food packaging or food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, health & safety, food safety and quality standards is essential. You are confident creating training materials for different learning styles and using data and feedback to improve performance. People management experience is highly desirable.

Pay, benefits and location
