As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing effective maintenance support to our Production team, ensuring the equipment, machinery, and tools used in our factory are always running smoothly, maintaining seamless production and enhancing efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for diligent implementation of preventative maintenance schedules, which are essential to pre-emptively address potential issues and minimize downtime. Embracing continuous improvement methodologies, you will contribute to refining operational functions, leading to increased productivity and safety in the workplace. Your expertise and collaborative efforts are key to driving the success and sustainability of the production process.
We value proactive individuals with strong diagnostic and root cause analysis skills. You should have a can-do attitude and be able to work under your initiative to deliver results. Good communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, as you will be collaborating with multi-nationals from various levels and departments.
We are looking for someone with suitable qualifications and experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably with meat or food production experience. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC control, refrigeration, and PTW systems is desirable.

- Multi-skilled apprenticeship
- Suitable Electrical and/or Mechanical Qualification
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in meat or food production
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC control, refrigeration, and PTW systems
- Significant trouble shooting and fault-finding diagnostics and resolution experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate team skills with a positive attitude and professional approach
- Domestic wiring experience, PLC program structure and operational awareness, Continuous improvement and lean experience would be an advantage
- Passion for food and commitment to company values
- Proactive and can-do attitude
