The HOFEX is an international trade fair for food, beverages, hotels, restaurants, catering, and equipment in Asia, taking place biennially at the renowned Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
HOFEX stands for “Hotel, Food, and Restaurant Expo.” The organizer of the fair is Informa Markets, a global leader in trade fairs and B2B events with a portfolio of over 500 events in 40 countries.
