Dunbia Treburley is recruiting skilled Butchers, Deboners, and Trimmers to join its production team. You will be responsible for the boning and trimming of beef carcasses to strict customer specifications, ensuring high quality, consistency, and maximum meat yield in a fast-paced processing environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Butcher / Deboner / Trimmer, you will:

• Bone and trim beef products to customer and company specifications

• Maintain yield, quality, and throughput targets

• Work effectively as part of a production team

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

• Use knives safely and efficiently at all times

• Support smooth production flow and meet daily targets

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

• Have previous experience in boning or trimming beef

• Demonstrate strong knife skills

• Have experience working in a food production environment

• Communicate well and work effectively within a team

• Be able to work on your own initiative

• Be committed to quality, yield, and customer standards
