This is a hands-on Sales Executive position within a collaborative Commercial team, offering real customer exposure and ownership across UK grocery retail accounts. Working closely with National Account Managers and internal stakeholders, you’ll support customer plans, promotional execution, and new product launches across a dynamic FMCG portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Executive, you will:

Manage and maintain customer pricing, data, and commercial files for UK retail accounts

Coordinate promotional activity, including submissions, timelines, and post-promotion reviews

Support forecasting and demand planning through accurate data management
-
Lead coordination of new product launch documentation for UK grocery customers

Produce sales reports and turn data into clear, actionable commercial insight

Provide proactive day-to-day support to National Account Managers
-
Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and retail customers to ensure smooth execution
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:

Experienced in a sales, commercial, or account support role within FMCG

Familiar with UK grocery retailers and their ways of working (major retailer experience is a strong advantage)

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Confident working with data, numbers, and commercial reporting

Proficient in Excel and comfortable using multiple systems
-
A clear, confident communicator able to collaborate across teams
Experience with SAP and/or UK retailer portals is beneficial but not essential.
