A highly experienced livestock procurement professional with an extensive background in sheep and cattle buying, farm liaison, and field-based sales. This candidate brings over a decade of hands-on experience buying and sourcing livestock directly from farms and markets across the UK.
Having also worked as a Genetics Consultant, Fieldsman, and livestock grader, this individual is confident in selecting stock to specification, negotiating with farmers, and coordinating farm-to-abattoir logistics. A former sheep shearer and licensed sheep dipper, he offers practical knowledge across the entire chain—from rearing to slaughter.

Farm visits, livestock appraisal, grading, and negotiation

CRM and ACT system experience

Class 2 HGV licence and animal transport certified
