ABP Langport, part of the ABP Food Group, is recruiting a Boning Hall Butcher to join its production team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role within a busy factory environment, preparing and processing beef products to strict quality, safety, and customer standards.
Please note: Due to the rural location, own transport is required. Applicants should check travel arrangements before applying.
Shift Pattern

Working days: 4 days per week

Hours: 06:00 – 18:00

Rolling rest day: One weekday off, rotating Monday to Friday
Example rotation:

Key Responsibilities
As a Boning Hall Butcher, you will:

Cut, trim, and prepare meat to required specifications

Operate knives and equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards at all times

Inspect meat for quality and report any issues

Work as part of a production team to meet customer specifications

Follow all company, safety, and hygiene procedures
