Salary: Earn over £500 per week (monthly paid)
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your team to achieve production metrics with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Build strong relationships with team members and promote engagement.

• Minimise absenteeism and organise cover when required.

• Provide training on OPEX tools, systems, and standards, tracking capability via versatility matrices.

• Involve your team in problem-solving activities and drive continuous improvement.

• Communicate goals and targets through team forums and MySuccess.

• Reward success and address performance issues promptly and professionally.

• Foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and accountability.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.

• Fluency in English (oral and written).

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

• Understanding of Lean tools, formal problem-solving, and process improvement.

• Foundation level Health & Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP – desirable.
