An experienced Factory Manager with over 23 years’ leadership experience across food manufacturing and FMCG operations. Proven track record of scaling production capacity, leading large teams, and delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, and operational efficiency within high-volume environments.
Has successfully expanded production from two to five lines, increased workforce capacity to 350+ employees, and delivered structured lean transformation programmes to improve output while reducing labour and energy costs. Strong experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and embedding KPI-led performance cultures.
