Key responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor production processes to ensure ranges are fully operational and running to schedule

• Lead a team of operational staff within the production unit

• Allocate resources to manufacturing schedules and prioritize work flow for efficient operation

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of production data

• Work with other departments such as Maintenance, NPD and Quality to ensure seamless processes

• Implement and monitor all hygiene and food safety requirements

• Train, develop and motivate the team to ensure delivery of optimal performance

What you’ll bring

Proven experience as an Area Leader/Supervisor within food production industry. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Pay, hours and location

This is a Full-time role based in Monaghan. Pay rates and shift patterns are confirmed at application or shortlist stage and may vary depending on department and production requirements.
