Are you someone who enjoys hands on, physical work and being part of a fast paced production team? We’re currently looking for a Food Operative to join our busy site in Kelloholm.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, detail focused individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy practical roles.

Pay & Benefits

• £12.60 per hour (weekly pay)
• Overtime available
• Monday – Friday, 6am–2pm
• 28 days holiday
• Company pension

 Key Responsibilities

• Handling, transporting and preparing raw or cooked meat products for slicing lines
• Boxing and traying trim, ensuring products are labelled correctly
• Completing all paperwork accurately and maintaining full product traceability
• Following Clean as You Go and general housekeeping standards
• Supporting production to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets

 What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable with manual work, including lifting up to 15kg (or more)
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident with numbers and paperwork (good numeracy & literacy skills essential)
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Previous food manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential – full training provided
