Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift in line with site procedures and training.

• Transport offal, innards, hides, and other by‑products from production areas to designated storage or disposal points.

• Load and unload trailers, ensuring all materials are secured and correctly segregated.

• Correctly identify, segregate, and dispose of by‑products intoCategory 1andCategory 3trailers in accordance with legal and company requirements.

• Maintain the waste disposal area to ensure it remains clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and environmental standards.

• Record disposal volumes accurately where required.

• Fill plate freezers with pet‑food

• Safely remove and store frozen product, ensuring no cross‑contamination.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation around freezer areas.

• Transport hides from the production line to designated trailers.

Pay, hours and location
