Key responsibilities

• Ensure BRC v9, legislation, and customer codes are met and exceeded

• Lead, coach, and motivate the technical team

• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System

• Identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement

• Oversee internal/external audits with confidence and expertise

• Influence cross-functional decision making during an exciting period of investment and growth

• Strong knowledge of BRC v9, retailer COPs, and technical systems

• Experience within a technical management/quality leadership role in food manufacturing

• A relevant degree or HND in a scientific or technical discipline

• Level 3 HACCP (Level 4 preferred) and Level 4 Hygiene

What you’ll bring

Strong knowledge of BRC v9, retailer COPs, and technical systems. Experience within a technical management/quality leadership role in food manufacturing. Internal auditor experience (BRC/ISO third-party auditor certification preferred).

Pay, hours and location

This is a Full-time role based in UK. Pay rates and shift patterns are confirmed at application or shortlist stage.
