AM shift patterns (3 week rota) Example
Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu.
Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
Week 3: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
Pay rates: £13.00ph
Our Production Operatives will be responsible for:
Correctly and effectively carrying out the required functions, once trained to do so, in the cutting hall
General operative duties on the line as required
Ensuring that all areas of training in basic food hygiene, health and safety and product quality are adhered to
Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and presentation during working hours
Keeping the working area clean and tidy.
The successful candidate will:
Have the ability to meet targets i.e. productivity, quality hygiene and waste.
Work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues and Management staff
Be thorough and methodical
Be self-motivated
Maintain high personal standards
Be comfortable working with raw meat in a chilled and pressurised environment
