An exciting new role as a Hygiene Manager has become available at our retail packing facility in Wales. Due to our continued growth and expansion within the UK and Ireland, this role will support the future growth and business development strategy. As a key representative of the Food Safety & Quality division of the company, this role will provide opportunity for personal growth and development, operating at a strategic level, this will be a dynamic role with scope to drive and manage a wide range of initiatives while collaborating with, and supporting, a high performing and effective Technical team. The Hygiene Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day hygiene activities and systems across the Site. Specific Daily / Weekly Duties: Manage day to day hygiene activities and systems across the Site. Ensure hygiene standards are met and continuously improved. Lead, train and develop the hygiene team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance hygiene systems and standards. Ensure compliance with Company manufacturing standards, legislation and customer requirements. Implement technical strategies base don customer and business needs. Lead the function in audits and visits. Operate as part of the technical team to standardize and deliver best practices.
