Experienced Butcher / Assistant Manager – Norwich (Immediately Available)

Highly skilled butcher and assistant manager with over 40 years of hands-on experience in retail and wholesale butchery. Expert in full carcass breakdown (beef, pork, lamb), counter service, and day-to-day shop operations. Previous senior roles include managing high-street and wholesale butchers, as well as independently running a retail shop.

Qualified to Level 2 & 3 in Food Hygiene, HACCP, and Emergency First Aid. An ex-Army Medic with a full UK driving licence, known for reliability, attention to detail, and consistently high standards of workmanship.
