Over 40 years of hands-on butchery and retail experience, including full carcass breakdown (beef, pork, lamb), counter service, and managing day-to-day shop operations. Experience includes senior roles at well-known high-street and wholesale butchers, as well as running a retail shop independently.

Holds Level 2 & 3 Food Hygiene, HACCP, and Emergency First Aid certificates. Ex-Army Medic with a full UK driving licence, known for reliability, attention to detail, and high standards of workmanship.
