K Parsons Butchers Ltd is a traditional family run business established in 1984.

The family have been butchers over two generations serving the public. We are based in Stratford shopping Centre and serve the local community with quality fresh meats.

We opened in Stratford in December 2019. We serve on average 2500/3000 customers a week, the footfall in the shopping centre is enormous.

We source high-quality meat from trusted suppliers; it is delivered fresh daily. We prepare and cut it to order and supply it to our retail customers.

We offer a wide range of fresh meat products including beef, lamb, chicken, and pork, as well as specialty and seasonal cuts. Our team ensures every product meets strict hygiene and quality standards, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and strong relationships with local suppliers.

We couldn’t be prouder of our butcher’s team, every single day, they show up with dedication, skill, and a passion for that truly sets us apart.

Whether its early mornings, the precision they bring to every cut, or the friendly service they offer our customers-they give 110% without fail. Their work is tough, often behind the scenes, but it’s the backbone of our business. From keeping our standards high to supporting one and other like a real team should, they consistently go above and beyond.

Our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday 7am till 5.30pm. The shopping centre is open 7 days a week, so it is possible to open more days and longer hours. Recently we have signed up to Deliveroo offering our customers to order online.

This is a great business with lots of opportunity to grow further with wholesale business. We hold 2 tickets for car parking spaces at the rear of the shop. Due to Family disputes, it brings great sadness that this thriving business has to be sold.
