THE EVENT IN SUMMARY
The meat forum MEAT EXPERIENCE by iGRILL&FOOD aims to contribute to the professional updating of those who work in the meat sector in various capacities, from butchers to restaurants. The program includes an excursus along the entire supply chain to also involve those who wish to broaden their field of action by dedicating part of their activity to the cooking and serving of grilled foods : aspiring Pitmasters, future Steak House managers, or those already practices this specialty but wishes to deepen his knowledge and tasks.
A world, that of the steak house, complex and of the highest level if approached with professional intentions, very different from the convivial moments that are created around the fire in private and which it is good to understand and know carefully because there can be no improvisation neither in the conception nor in practice if you want to be successful. Because it is an activity that consists of technical, culinary, hygienic and managerial knowledge that cannot be ignored.
Our task , we feel it as a duty, is to provide at least the basics (which cannot be missing) and to encourage young and old by offering precise information, culture and tools for practice and knowledge. An opportunity for dissemination that, with the help of various experts – butchers, technologists, scientists, specialists in the sector – we offer to the carnivorous public and, why not, also to those who are not carnivores because, perhaps, by learning to know better this world, can appreciate its merits.
