2 x QA Operatives Required
1 Seafox Court, Sherburn In Elmett, Leeds, LS25 6PL
Exciting opportunities for QA Operatives for Cranswick Gourmet Bacon (Shernurn site) have arisen.
Main duties include:
- Generation and maintenance of sample collection plan
- Sample loading on lab system, maintenance of schedules
- Generation and maintenance of taste panel Rota and inputting results
- Paperwork review, completion, and filing
- Issuing of retail price list
- Update and maintain weekly code calendar
- Completion of weekly fridge and water temperature checks
- Hand swab sampling; as per required frequency
- Water sample collection; as per required frequency
- Cover brine sample collection as and when required
- Probe calibration; as per required frequency
- Packaging audit; as per required frequency
- Area audits to cover; GMP, CCPs, Procedure adherence, Traceability, Batch numbers, PPE, integrity, Equipment adherence, Foreign bodies (this list is not exhaustive)
- Check weighing download information

Hours of work
This shift follows a shift pattern 3on,1off-3on,7off from 6.30am -7pm
