Role overview
You will support day-to-day operations within the abattoir, assisting with processing tasks in line with animal welfare, food safety and site procedures. Duties vary by area and may include preparation, handling, cleaning and line support. You will work as part of a trained team to meet daily throughput targets while maintaining high standards at all times.

What you’ll bring
You are dependable, focused and able to follow instructions precisely. Previous experience in an abattoir or food processing environment is helpful but not essential, as training is provided. You are comfortable working in a physically demanding and regulated setting and can work as part of a team.
Pay, hours and location
Competitive hourly rate based on experience (confirmed at shortlist stage). Full-time role with regular shifts. Location: Bayland, with exact site details shared during screening.
