We’re recruiting skilled and motivated Meat Trimmers to join a well-established food production site based in Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire.
As a Meat Trimmer, you’ll work as part of a professional production team to prepare and trim high-quality meat products, maintaining strict standards of hygiene, safety, and quality. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a busy and supportive food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Trim and prepare meat products to customer and company specifications.

Maintain accuracy and consistency to achieve yield and quality targets.

Operate safely with knives and cutting equipment in line with H&S guidelines.

Support production flow and assist team leaders in meeting output goals.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment throughout the shift.
About You

Previous experience as a meat trimmer, butcher, or knife operative preferred.

Skilled in boning, trimming, or portioning (training available).

High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Reliable, hard-working, and a good team player.

Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
