The Kepak Cork site is based in Watergrasshill, approximately 35 minutes from Cork City and 20 minutes from Fermoy.

The Role

As a General Operative in the Boning Hall, you will play a key role in Kepak’s production operations. Working as part of a diverse and supportive team, you will help prepare and package meat products to company specifications while meeting daily production targets.

This is a physical, hands-on role based in a chilled factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Prepare cuts and trims of meat to Kepak specifications

• Work efficiently on a production line to meet output targets

• Package meat products such as steaks, chops, burgers, and meatballs

• Carry out physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Operate machinery once fully trained and authorised

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality

• Take on additional duties as required by your Line Supervisor

Working Hours

• Boning Hall shift: Monday to Friday

• Typical hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm (approximate)
