Role overview

We’re looking for aBusiness Systems Support Analyst,to join our team in Blanchardstown, Dublin. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for providing both technical and functional support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications throughout the organization. Your efforts will help ensure everything runs smoothly, users are happy, and our systems align seamlessly with our business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

• Provide day-to-day support to end-users, resolving queries and issues.

• Onboard new users and manage access permissions.

• Assist with workflows, templates, and automations within D365.

• Collaborate with internal developers to implement system enhancements.

• Assist with data migration and integration efforts with other business systems (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint).

• Maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs.

• Participate in strategy meetings to improve system usage and adoption.

What you’ll bring

2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.. Familiarity with modules such as Finance, SCM, CRM, or Business Central..

Pay, hours and location

This is a Full-time role based in Dublin. Pay rates and shift patterns are confirmed at application or shortlist stage and may vary depending on department and production requirements.
