JOB PURPOSE:
Skilled preparation of beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and game meats.
SHIFT PATTERN:
Full time position
Mon-Thur 4am start until midday.
Fri- Sat 4am start until 8am.
(Saturdays are worked on a rota basis and only consist of a half-day or less).
MAIN DUTIES:
- Skilled preparation of beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and game meats.
- Preparing, cutting, and packing to specification.
- Pick/prepare products for customer orders.
- Adhere to food hygiene and health & safety guidance.
- Carry out scheduled cleaning.
LOCATION: Cleveleys Foods Ltd, Moat Farm, All Saints, South Elmham, Halesworth, Suffolk, IP19 0NY (own transport is essential due to rural location).
