Hilton Food Group is looking for a Butcher / Skilled Knife Hand to join our team in Huntingdon. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality, consistency, and yield within a fast-paced, modern production environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your butchery skills further with full training and excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Process meat products to the highest standard of quality and yield.

Maintain accuracy and consistency across all cuts.

Identify and communicate issues, improvement ideas, and development opportunities to your Team Leader.

Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations at all times.

Contribute to continuous improvement across production processes.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a butcher or skilled knife hand role (ideal, but training available).

Passion for food production and commitment to workplace safety.

Familiarity with H&S regulations and standard operating procedures.

Team-focused approach and willingness to learn new skills.
