We are seeking skilled Butchers, Deboners, and Trimmers to join our growing team at Treburley, near Launceston in Cornwall.

You’ll play a vital role in de-boning and trimming beef carcasses to customer specifications while maintaining maximum meat yield, accuracy, and quality standards. This hands-on opportunity offers excellent pay progression based on attendance and performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Carry out boning and trimming of beef carcasses according to customer specifications.

• Maintain yield, quality, and hygiene standards throughout production.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily production targets.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are followed at all times.

• Support colleagues and supervisors to achieve consistent, high-quality output.

About You

• Proven experience in boning, trimming, or butchery (beef preferred).

• Previous experience working in a food or meat production environment.

• Strong knife-handling skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and a good team player.

• Able to work independently while maintaining excellent standards of quality.

Pay & Benefits

• Base rate: £12.21 per hour.

• Throughput bonus: Earn up to £15.32 per hour based on performance.

• Shifts: Monday to Friday, 5:45am–2:15pm.
