Traymoor Quality Meats has been supplying to the best hotels and restaurants in London and East Anglia for nearly 30 years.
We are based near to Chelmsford and Harlow and have just completed the build on a our brand new factory.
We are looking for experienced butchers to expand our night team. Working a 8 hour shift 5 nights out of 6. There is a real opportunity for the right candidate to quickly progress to managing their own team, with commensurate pay increase.
We require experienced butchers to assist in the preparation of quality meat, poultry and game products in our modern, purpose built unit for delivery to catering establishments over the South East.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of portion control, boning and tying of all species.
The role includes other reasonable related duties as required.
You will be working with a team of butchers, within a friendly fast paced environment.
There is plenty of opportunity for fast progression for someone who wish top manage their own team.
