Salary dependant on experience
Hours: Tuesday – Sunday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
WJ Castle’s & Jesse Smith’s is an established, family run business with 6 shops across the Cotswold’s. This position will be based at our Farm Shop in Cirencester, where you will be working alongside a small and friendly team.
The Role
· Working closely with and supporting the Shop Manager
· Dealing with customers daily in a welcoming manner
· Assisting in improving sales and customer service levels
· Organising staff rota’s when required
· Managing holidays when required
· Stock control
· Maintaining and increasing standards
The Candidate
· Previous experience within a similar position/industry is desirable
· Hold a passion for providing excellent customer service
· Cash handling experience
· Hold the ability to use your initiative and be proactive
· Time management skills
· Excellent work ethic and take a hands on approach
· Be a real foodie!
