We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our fast pace Butchery department.
Job requirements of Butchery Line Leader:
- Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team;
- Troubleshooting – identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action
- Driven to achieve the production efficiency targets;
- Maintain high production quality and safety standards.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and correct
What you will need:
- Confidence and experience working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment;
- Demonstrate decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.
- Level 2 food hygiene/safety certification
- Great people management skills;
- Butchery experience ideal
- An understanding of run rates, yields and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Pay and benefits:
- Rate of pay – £15.82 (inclusive of attendance bonus)
· Overtime – time and a third after contracted hours
