Hours: Monday to Friday | 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00

C&K Meats, part of the CPC Foods Group and Premium Food Group, is a world-class pork processor based in Eye, near Diss. We are now looking for skilled Butchery Service Operatives to join our growing production team.
This role involves preparing and processing pork products to high customer standards, maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Ideal for experienced butchers or knife operatives looking to develop their skills within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out skilled butchery and trimming work to specification.

Ensure all products meet quality and hygiene standards.

Maintain accurate records of production and yields.

Work closely with team leaders to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Comply with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP procedures at all times.

Support team targets and production schedules.
About You

Previous experience in butchery, knife handling, or meat production is preferred.

Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a team.

Attention to detail and a focus on achieving consistent quality.

Flexibility to work different shifts and meet production demands.
