Job description
We are a Skipton-based meat processer, and an opportunity has come up for a Catering Butcher with relevant experience in portioning meat to order, to consistently deliver quality, on spec product in the timescales required.
The applicant should have the necessary butchery skills, experience, and be a good team player.
Full on the job training will be provided.
A knowledge of HACCP and FSA procedures would also be advantageous.
Based on 45 hours per week Monday – Friday. No weekend or nights. Salary £14 – £17 per hour depending on experience.
