National Account Manager North Yorkshire role available with Sofina Foods, one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing food groups.
Role overview
You will take full ownership of a key UK grocery retail account, shaping category growth and customer strategy while delivering strong commercial results. The role spans end-to-end account management, including joint business planning, forecasting, promotional activity, negotiation and NPD launches, working cross-functionally across a complex, multi-site business.
Key responsibilities

Own and grow the strategic relationship with a major UK grocery retailer

Lead annual negotiations and promotional activity with strong margin focus

Build customer-led commercial plans aligned to category and channel strategy

Drive NPD listings and range optimisation using data-led insight

Partner with supply chain, category, finance and operations teams to deliver OTIF performance

Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activity and customer performance to inform decisions
What you’ll bring
You are a confident and credible National Account Manager with proven success managing major UK grocery retail accounts, ideally Top 4 or premium. You have an FMCG or food background, with chilled, frozen protein or seafood experience being advantageous. Strong commercial and financial acumen, negotiation capability and the ability to turn data into action are essential. You thrive in fast-paced environments and build strong, resilient customer relationships.
Pay, benefits and location
This is a full-time, permanent role based in North Yorkshire or Northern Lincolnshire, with Monday to Friday working.
