Key responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the factory including floors, walls, and ceilings to maintain a hygienic environment

• Empty garbage cans and recycling bins throughout the plant

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and all food contact surfaces

• Operate cleaning equipment such as power washers, scrubbers, and vacuums

• Follow all health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards

• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines

• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor

What you’ll bring

Prior experience in industrial cleaning or food production is preferred. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and HACCP. Ability to follow detailed cleaning schedules. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay, hours and location

This is a Full-time role based in Bodmin. Pay rates and shift patterns are confirmed at application or shortlist stage and may vary depending on department and production requirements.
