Farm Manager – Lincolnshire
Are you looking for the chance to move forward and progress your career in pig farming? We are looking for a motivated and experienced manager to run our flagship adaptive farrowing indoor pig unit in Lincolnshire as well as overseeing the GMU that feeds into it. If you have a proven track record in pig production, training and managing people we want to hear from you.
The farm has had a significant amount of investment over the last couple of years with brand new farrowing and dry sow accommodation. As well as new, spacious office and staff facilities. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to understand production data to meet and exceed targets, a solid understanding of planning and logistics and importantly, the capability to strictly enforce our high standards of animal welfare.

Main Duties:
- The ability to support team members, ensuring they are compliant to company policies and support them with their training and development.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly and collaborate effectively.
- The confidence to host customer visits and build positive relationships is crucial.
- A keen interest and open mind to advancements and changes in industry techniques.
- The ability to understand production data in order to meet and exceed targets.

- Full time, permanent position available
