We’re recruiting for a Farm Manager for our outdoor breeding units.
The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to understand data, a solid understanding of planning and logistics and the capability to strictly enforce our high standards of animal welfare.
Wold Farms is an established pig farming business and part of food industry giant Cranswick plc, so you would be joining one of the best names in the sector.
What we require from you:
- A desire to work with animals and uphold our animal welfare standards.
- A strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous experience in management or a leadership role and the ability to develop and train your team.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly, listen actively and collaborate effectively. The ability to build positive relationships is crucial.
Due to the rural location your own transport is necessary.
