A leading UK meat industry employer is recruiting for a First Line Manager (Food Manufacturing) Maternity Cover to join their team in Scunthorpe. This is a full time – temp role within a well-established food manufacturing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to achieve production targets

• Ensure food safety, quality and hygiene standards are maintained

• Monitor performance and provide coaching and support

• Manage staffing, rotas and resource allocation

• Drive continuous improvement across the department
